Job Description
Job Title: Radiologic Technologist
Location: Louisville Kentucky
Salary: $26.00 $28.00 per hour (with shift differential available)
Shift: Friday Sunday 10:00 AM 10:00 PM 12Hour Afternoon Shifts
Job Overview:
We are hiring two Radiologic Technologists for permanent weekend afternoon shifts in Louisville KY. In this mobile Xray role youll work independently across a variety of care settings including skilled nursing facilities correctional facilities and home health environments. This is an excellent opportunity for technologists who value flexibility variety and autonomy. Relocation assistance and state licensure reimbursement after 90 days are available.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform mobile Xrays using portable digital (DR) or computed radiography (CR) systems
- Submit highquality diagnostic images for Radiologist interpretation
- Conduct EKGs as needed and transmit results to Cardiologists
- Transport unload and maintain portable imaging equipment and company vehicle
- Scan and submit examrelated paperwork and billing forms daily per protocol
- Communicate regularly with dispatch supervisors and healthcare facility staff
- Ensure professional and timely service across diverse clinical settings
- Participate in oncall rotation and provide additional weekend support when needed
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program
- ARRT certification required
- Valid Kentucky Radiologic Technologist license (or eligibility to obtain)
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift transport and operate mobile radiographic equipment
- Strong interpersonal organizational and communication skills
- Experience in mobile imaging or similar environments preferred
