Job Description
Job Title: Radiologic Technologist
Location: Charleston South Carolina
Salary: $28.00 $30.00 per hour $1.50/hour shift differential from 3 PM 7:30 PM
Shift: Monday Friday Afternoon Shift 4:00 PM 12:30 AM (or 3:00 PM 11:00 PM)
Job Overview:
Join a nationwide mobile imaging team as a Radiologic Technologist providing mobile Xray and EKG services in Charleston SC. This permanent afternoon shift role offers a $3000 signon bonus a competitive hourly rate with shift differential and the chance to work in a dynamic environment serving a variety of care settings including nursing homes correctional facilities and home health.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform mobile Xray procedures using portable digital (DR) or computed radiography (CR) systems
- Transmit highquality diagnostic images to Radiologists for review
- Conduct EKGs when required and transmit to Cardiologists for interpretation
- Transport set up and maintain Xray equipment and company vehicle
- Complete and scan all examrelated paperwork and billing documentation daily
- Communicate regularly and professionally with dispatch supervisors and facility staff
- Ensure high standards of patient care safety and customer service
- Participate in oncall rotations based on caseload (counts as overtime when applicable)
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program
- ARRT certification required
- Valid South Carolina radiologic technologist license (or ability to obtain)
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift and maneuver portable imaging equipment
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Prior experience in mobile imaging or clinical radiology preferred
