What Youll Do:
Perform preventative maintenance repairs and modifications on molds
Operate milling grinding and CNC machines for tooling support
Identify and fix moldrelated issues during production runs
Collaborate with engineering and production teams for tooling improvement
What Were Looking For:
5 years of experience in mold tooling or mold maintenance
Handson ability to disassemble clean and reassemble molds
Familiar with steel types cooling systems and mold structures
Preferred:
Experience with automotive interior molds
Bilingual in English or Spanish
Knowledge of Mexicobased production standards
