What Youll Do:
Set up and operate injection molding machines
Perform mold changes and troubleshoot process issues
Monitor and adjust parameters for optimal quality and efficiency
Support continuous improvement and defect reduction initiatives
What Were Looking For:
3 years of injection molding experience
Experience with machines such as ENGEL ARBURG or similar
Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
Willingness to travel to Juarez plant as needed
Nice to Have:
Experience working in crossborder or multicultural manufacturing
Conversational English or Spanish
