2. Cybersecurity & Data Protection:
- Develop and enforce IT security policies to safeguard company data and systems.
- Monitor potential security threats ensuring robust firewalls antivirus software and backup systems are in place.
- Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments.
3. IT Support & Troubleshooting:
- Lead the IT support team to ensure timely resolution of technical issues for employees.
- Provide troubleshooting assistance for hardware software and networkrelated concerns.
- Establish and maintain IT support protocols and servicelevel agreements.
4. Network & Server Management:
- Manage local and cloudbased network infrastructure ensuring connectivity and performance.
- Oversee server administration including backups storage and disaster recovery plans.
- Monitor system performance and optimize network resources.
5. IT Strategy & Digital Transformation:
- Identify and implement IT solutions to improve business operations and efficiency.
- Research emerging technologies and recommend relevant innovations.
- Align IT initiatives with business objectives to support growth and scalability.
6. Vendor & Budget Management:
- Collaborate with external vendors and service providers for IT procurement and support.
- Manage IT budgets ensuring costeffective investments in technology and software.
- Negotiate contracts and service agreements with IT suppliers.
7. Compliance & Documentation:
- Ensure IT policies comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of IT assets licenses and user access.
- Train employees on IT security best practices and policies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in IT management preferably in the retail hospitality or food industry.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure networks and security protocols.
- Experience in managing cloud computing ERP systems and cybersecurity solutions.
