Purpose:
We are currently recruiting for a Senior Document Controller to support our Worley project in Sarnia. Our team includes world class experts and dynamic gogetters. This is a fulltime position based in Sarnia Ontario Canada.

A Senior Document Controller will be accountable to provide senior asset information management services to the Project Engineering team. Responsible to ensure AIM standards processes procedures are adhered to consistently throughout the project lifecycle. Monitor overall health and compliance of asset information.

Responsibilities:

  • Approve tag document drawing and revision requests in EDMS.
  • Issue packages to applicable team for .
  • Tracking and processing redlines ensuring compliance to applicable standards.
  • Review and check in of CERs cross referencing tags to documents.
  • Coordination of vendor data reviews and check in of final data.
  • Perform AIM activities for project close out in compliance with standards processes procedures.
  • Prepare reports and audit project asset information throughout project lifecycle enforcing compliance to AIM standards business processes and EDMS systems requirements.
  • Point of contact for asset information management providing guidance and support to stakeholders.
  • Assist in legacy data cleanup cleansing and enrichment to current systems standards and processes as identified.
  • Development and updates of work instructions and guidelines to provide clarity on AIM processes.

What you will bring:
Technical and Industry Experience:

  • Requires excellent interpersonal written and verbal communication and organizational skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of Asset Information Management throughout the lifecycle of the project.
  • Clear understanding of AIM requirements and current work process with the ability to communicate changes effectively to Stakeholders.
  • Advanced Knowledge of EDMS systems.
  • Must be detail oriented and able to prioritize and manage multiple assignments.
  • Possesses advanced skills with MS Office suite and Adobe Pro. Experience in BlueBeam and ALIM an asset.

Education Qualifications Accreditation Training:

Required:

  • Bachelors Degree an asset with 5 years of related experience or a combination of High School Diploma or Certificate with 78 years of related experience.
