About Us:
The DoubleTree by Hilton RaleighCary and Hilton Garden Inn RaleighCary off I40 and I440 are moments away from Crossroads Plaza mall restaurants and a movie theater. NC State University Raleigh Convention Center and Lenovo Center are within 15 minutes. RaleighDurham Airport is 20 minutes away. Both hotels feature outdoor patios a restaurant and bar and an indoor saltwater pool. The hotels are located at the corner of Columbus Avenue and Caitboo Avenuein Cary NC.
The Role:
As a Food & Beverage Supervisor youll be instrumental in assisting the Food & Beverage Manager in overseeing the frontofhouse operations of all outlets while maintaining brand standards and maximizing profitability.
What Youll Do:
- Assist in the daily operations for all food and beverage outlets and banquets at both hotels.
- Ensure shift coverage for outlets create staffing schedules and implement cost controls.
- Conduct inventory address guest feedback and ensure compliance with brand and regulatory standards.
- Assist with recruiting training and supervising staff to deliver exceptional service and uphold cleanliness standards.
- Resolve guest issues with patience and a cando attitude collaborating with the team to meet guest requests.
Your Skills and Style:
- You have a passion for delivering quality service in the Food & Beverage industry.
- Previous hospitality experience required with a focus on guest service.
- Strong communication and attention to detail.
- Comfortable with technology and flexible with scheduling.
- Ability to thrive under pressure and remain calm in all situations.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
