Job Description
Primary Responsibilities:
- Research and validate data from industrywide tools that monitor construction activities within the market.
- Update and maintain the Client Relationship Management (CRM) system ensuring information is organized accurate and accessible for future needs.
- Track and document competitive information providing updates to internal stakeholders as necessary.
- Oversee data management processes to generate and maintain dashboard outputs.
Qualifications:
- Associates Degree or 5 years data management experience in a related industry
- Proficiency with MS Office and database management
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics (ERP/CRM) is a plus
- Manage multiple priorities and work both independently and in a team environment
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Have the ability to work independently
