Job Description
Were looking for a dedicated handson Trade Assistant/Storeperson to join our highperforming team! This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fastpaced supportive environment where you will contribute to the production and maintenance of cuttingedge hydraulic systems. Youll assist with maintenance for workshop and plant equipment contribute to machining tasks and help build pumps motors and other hydraulic components. If you are someone with a passion for safety quality and teamwork we want you on our team!
Key Responsibilities:
Strip pumps and motors as required ensuring all components are handled with precision.
Inspect stripped items to confirm they meet the required standards and are fit for reassembly or further processing. Collaborate with team members to address any issues.
Provide support in basic machining operations as required to ensure production timelines are met and quality is maintained.
Adhere to safety protocols and best practices ensuring a hazardfree environment for yourself and your colleagues. Proactively identify and address safety concerns.
Work effectively as part of a team while being able to take initiative and work autonomously when required.
Alert the team to any part or component issues promptly ensuring swift action is taken to avoid production delays.
Offer suggestions to enhance safety practices and workflow efficiency contributing to an evolving and safer work environment.
Qualifications :
- Australian Permanent Resident or Citizen
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Experience in a similar role
- Good Communication skills
