Seeking a dynamic Personal Assistant to support our CA Director in secretarial administrative and coordination tasks. Ideal for freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience offering exposure to top management and a learningfocused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide admin and secretarial support to the CA Director
Manage calendar meetings and travel arrangements
Handle calls emails and correspondence
Prepare presentations reports meeting minutes & agendas
Coordinate with teams and manage business communication
Assist in bid/tender documentation (training provided)
Handle confidential tasks with professionalism
Requirements
Qualifications:
Graduate/Postgraduate; 0 2 years experience
Strong communication in English Hindi & Kannada
Good in MS Office coordination & organization
Positive attitude willingness to learn & multitask
