Job Description

Job Title: Systems Administrator Contract to Hire 4month contract)
Location: Phoenix AZ
Onsite Position (Remote Work Not Authorized)

We are currently seeking an experienced Systems Administrator for a governmentbased project with a 4month contract to hire opportunity. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in systems administration network engineering and forensic systems with experience in large complex IT environments.

Key Responsibilities:
Serve as a Systems Administrator Domain Administrator Network Engineer and Systems Adviser for a highly secure digital forensic lab.
Develop manage and maintain critical systems and infrastructure supporting a largescale highly sensitive environment.
Provide expertlevel management and configuration of Cisco HewlettPackard and Mellanox hardware and network solutions.
Perform maintenance of Storage Area Network (SAN) domain servers file servers and forensic workstations.
Set up and maintain Active Directory domain users and oversee software/hardware configurations to meet departmental standards.
Collaborate with multiple agencies and workgroups on network issues upgrades and troubleshooting.
Ensure system integrity and performance through testing applications and troubleshooting hardware/software issues.
Support Certified Forensic Computer Examiners (CFCE) with technical research remediation and hardware support.
Maintain digital backups antivirus software and license management for the lab s environment.
Plan and implement highly technical projects related to network security cloud configuration and infrastructure design.
Document complex network systems create system maps and ensure compliance with security and forensic data management protocols.
Testify in court regarding the integrity of the server and its data as required.

Required Qualifications:
Education: A 4year degree in Computer Information Systems or a related field OR a combination of relevant education and at least 2 years of computer administration experience in a largescale 1000 employees) IT environment.
Experience: At least 5 years of experience in a comparable role with a background in government projects preferred.
Skills: Strong knowledge of system administration network engineering data security and cloud solutions. Proficient with Cisco HP Mellanox hardware and other network configurations.
Ability to work independently and manage complex projects.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Court Testimony: Ability to testify about the integrity of the server and its data.

Additional Information:
Schedule: Flexible with occasional evening/weekend hours as required by project needs.
Location: Onsite in Phoenix AZ (near Greenway Rd and I17. Remote work is not authorized.
