As part of their ongoing growth in the DACH & CEE region theyre now looking for a Market Coordinator to join their Berlinbased team. If youre detailoriented proactive and fluent in both German and English this hybrid role could be the right fit for you.
What Youll Do:
- Serve as a key Hostfacing support for the Market Management and Key Accounts teams.
- Resolve highvalue inquiries and escalations from Hosts ensuring timely and professional communication.
- Master internal policies and procedures becoming an expert in brand risk and community support topics.
- Conduct indepth research and provide thoughtful resolutions to complex issues.
- Manage and triage tickets using Salesforce and Jira and suggest process improvements.
- Communicate with Hosts via email maintaining toptier service standards in a fastmoving environment.
- Help improve listing quality and drive the percentage of 5star bookings across your assigned region.
- Assist in the planning and of inmarket events as needed.
- Collaborate closely with peers and market managers to share insights and drive regional success.
What Were Looking For:
- 4 years in a clientfacing role (such as account management or highlevel customer support) ideally in fastpaced industries.
- Demonstrated leadership experience whether as a team lead project owner or informal mentor.
- FluentGerman and English skills both verbal and written.
- Strong communication problemsolving and active listening abilities.
- Track record of resolving sensitive issues with empathy and efficiency.
- Excellent multitasking and prioritization skills under tight deadlines.
- Proficiency with Salesforce Jira and Google Workspace.
- Analytical mindset with a drive to identify patterns assess challenges and suggest improvements.
Work Setup:
- Hybrid work model 2 days per week in the Berlin office.
- Only considering candidates already based in Berlin (or willing to relocate independently)
- 1year contract (with possible extension depending on performance and collaboration)
