Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced UK IT Recruiter to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in the endtoend recruitment process and have excellent communication skills. This is a workfromoffice opportunity for professionals who thrive in a collaborative environment and have experience in IT recruitment for the UK market.
Responsibilities:
- Profile Search:
- Source potential candidates through various channels including job portals social media platforms networking and referrals.
- Resume Preparation:
- Review and tailor candidate resumes to highlight key qualifications and experiences in line with client requirements.
- Interview Coordination:
- Schedule and manage candidate interviews with clients ensuring seamless communication between all parties.
- Provide timely updates and feedback to both candidates and clients.
- Candidate Engagement:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive experience.
- Market Knowledge:
- Stay updated on UK IT market trends technologies and client hiring practices.
- Reporting:
- Maintain accurate documentation of recruitment activities including candidate submissions feedback and progress reports.
Requirements:
- Experience:
- 12 years of experience in endtoend IT recruitment preferably for the UK market.
- Education:
- At least a Bachelor s degree in any discipline.
- Skills:
- Strong English communication skills both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in using recruitment tools and platforms (e.g. LinkedIn Naukri Monster etc..
- Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills.
- Knowledge of UK work regulations and IT job roles (preferred).
