Shift: Nights 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) Rotating Weekends
Pay: $43/hour (flat rate) Shift Differentials

• Nights: $4.25/hour

• Weekends: $3.00/hour

Position Overview

Join our Float Pool as a MedSurg RN and deliver highquality patient care across multiple units in a fastpaced acute care hospital. This role is perfect for adaptable nurses who thrive in diverse clinical environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide patientcentered care across various medsurg units.

• Assess plan and implement nursing interventions for acute/chronic conditions.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and adapt to unitspecific workflows.

• Maintain 7:1 nursetopatient ratio while ensuring safety/compliance.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 1 year of recent acute care medsurg RN experience.

• Licensure: Active Florida RN license (or compact multistate; FL license required for 3 years of experience).

• Certifications:

  • BLS (within 30 days of hire).

  • AHCA Level 2 Background Check (required).

• Flexibility: Comfortable floating to multiple units.
