Shift: Nights 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) Rotating Weekends

Competitive Pay (ExperienceBased):

Position Overview

Thrive in our fastpaced Observation/MedSurg Unit where you’ll manage high patient turnover while delivering exceptional care to diverse acute cases (e.g. chest pain postprocedure recovery). Ideal for nurses who excel under pressure and enjoy dynamic workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide rapid assessments and interventions for observation/medsurg patients.

• Coordinate efficient discharges and admissions within the same shift.

• Collaborate with ED cardiology and hospitalist teams for seamless care transitions.

• Educate patients/families on postdischarge plans and symptom management.

Qualifications:

• Licensure: Active Florida RN license (or compact with FL licensure within 90 days).

• Experience: 1 year in acute care (Observation MedSurg or ER preferred).

• Certifications:

  • BLS (within 30 days of hire).

• Education: BSN or RN Diploma (BSN preferred).
