Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with senior business analysts to gather analyze and document business requirements.

Assist in analyzing business processes and identifying areas for improvement.

Participate in creating reports and dashboards to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).

Help in the preparation of business cases presentations and other documentation.

Work closely with crossfunctional teams to understand and document business needs and technical requirements.

Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide feedback on product functionality.

Assist in preparing data models and business process flow diagrams.

Support data analysis and reporting ensuring accurate insights are delivered.

Conduct market research to support business strategies and decisionmaking.

Contribute to project management tasks and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
Skills & Qualifications:

A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration Management Finance Computer Science or a related field.

Strong interest in business analysis data and process optimization.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Detailoriented with strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with other data analysis tools (e.g. SQL Power BI) is a plus.

Familiarity with business analysis frameworks and tools is a plus (e.g. BPMN UML etc..

Selfstarter with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new challenges.
