Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Senior Contracts Engineer to lead our customer service team at the Rotork Factory in Chadderton. As a key member of our dynamic team you will ensure the highest level of customer service manage key customer relationships and drive continuous improvement across our service delivery operations.

Qualifications :
Experience Requirements:
- Have experience of working in a customer service focussed environment
- Be able to Commercial awareness or have a background in Customer Service
- Successful in managing teams
The successful candidate:
- Good attention to detail and has the ability to work under pressure
- Has good communication skills and is customer focused
- Ability to build strong relationships with customers and other internal departments to ensure customer requirements are met to the full
