About Our Client:

Our client is a fullservice real estate company dedicated to helping clients achieve their real estate goals. They offer a wide range of services including buying and selling homes property management and investment opportunities. To expand their reach they are seeking a motivated and skilled Cold Calling/Appointment Setter to generate quality leads and set appointments.

Key Responsibilities:

Cold Calling & Lead Generation:

  • Conduct outbound cold calls to potential real estate leads.

  • Engage and qualify leads overcoming objections professionally.

  • Schedule appointments for real estate agents with interested prospects.

  • Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and increase conversion rates.

CRM & Data Management:

  • Utilize Vulcan 7 CRM software to manage leads and track interactions.

  • Maintain detailed records of calls appointments and client interactions.

Performance & Goal Achievement:

  • Meet and exceed daily and weekly call and appointmentsetting targets.

  • Work collaboratively with the real estate team to optimize lead conversion strategies.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in cold calling and appointment setting preferably in the real estate industry.

  • Strong track record of converting leads into appointments.

  • Proficiency in using Vulcan 7 or similar CRM tools.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to handle objections and maintain a positive attitude.

  • Selfmotivated and resultsoriented with strong organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in real estate sales telemarketing or lead generation.

  • Knowledge of real estate market trends and terminology.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
