Resource Profile
- 5 to 10 years of experience in supporting large and complex projects as a BSA.
Knowledge & Skills
- 5 to 10 years of experience in supporting large and complex projects as a BSA.
- Strong communication interpersonal and presentation skills to facilitate workshops (technical and business) while effectively building relationships and influencing decisions.
- Proven ability to develop effective matrixed crossorganization relationships collaborating and communicating across business and technology stakeholders.
- Strong business acumen and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Superior writing skills to prepare/edit comprehensive Business and Technical artifacts and other documents with strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Knowledgeable of Kofax and RightFax applications preferred.
Requirements
Resource Responsibilities
- Collect and centralize all pertinent project artifacts.
- Analyze existing documentation perform gap analysis and prepare comprehensive Business and Technical artifacts and other documents with strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Interface with Business to validate and attain documentation signoff.
- Interface with Enterprise Architecture and other crossfunctional teams to develop all materials pertaining to the assessment inclusive of final outputs reports and recommendations including but not limited to the Executive Summary report.
- Support resolution of issues risks mitigation and ensures prompt escalations to IT Service Delivery Manager.
Skills set
- Indepth knowledge of Kofax and RightFax applications (preferred)
- 5 to 10 years of experience in supporting large and complex projects as a BSA.
- Strong communication interpersonal and presentation skills to facilitate workshops (technical and business) while effectively building relationships and influencing decisions.
