Role Overview
You will be responsible for the visual design of the software company s flagship international products which serve tens of millions of monthly active users. Your work will include independently executing brand designs developing brand visual identity systems and guidelines in collaboration with the team and sharing insights on the aesthetic and visual trends in the United States market. This role requires a global perspective with a focus on the United States market and a deep understanding of local users applications aesthetic preferences and cultural backgrounds to deliver designs that resonate with diverse audiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute brand designs visual identity systems and guidelines aligning them with product strategies to deliver creative and visually appealing outputs for both existing and new products.
- Share insights on design and visual trends in the United States to enhance global brand perception and strengthen the team s understanding of international aesthetics while creating visuals aligned with global market preferences.
- Conduct research on diverse aesthetic preferences in international markets considering local trends cultural backgrounds and user behaviors to inform design strategies.
- Collaborate closely with product teams to create feasible designs that align with business objectives.
- Proactively communicate with other designers and teams to ensure design quality and enhance brand awareness.
- Stay up to date with design trends and actively participate in creative brainstorming sessions and global design project planning.
- Independently manage endtoend brand design projects with a focus on detail and precision.
Requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree or higher in Graphic Design Visual Communication or a related field.
- Minimum of three years of relevant work experience preferably within the internet or technology industry.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Illustrator Adobe Photoshop and Figma.
- Strong understanding of the latest design trends and technologies.
- Experience with artificial intelligencerelated design tools is a significant advantage.
- Detailoriented adaptable to change and capable of thriving in a fastpaced environment. Skilled at multitasking while maintaining highquality standards.
Additional Requirements
- Professional proficiency in the English language.
- Citizenship or work authorization in Europe the United Kingdom the United States Canada Australia or New Zealand.
- Must be willing and able to relocate to Shenzhen China.
- Ability to work effectively in distributed teams across multiple time zones.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Open to working in a multicultural environment and adapting to life in China.
