Pay Rate:$16.00 $19.00/hr (Based on Experience)
Shift:Monday Friday 6:30 AM 3:00 PM

Position Summary
A leading company in thefood production industryis seeking amotivated and experienced Production Leadto oversee daily operations on a production line. This role is responsible forensuring efficient workflow maintaining quality standards and supervising a dedicated team of workers. Theideal candidatewill have strongleadership skills experience in amanufacturing environment and a deep understanding offood safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Supervision:Oversee and motivate a team of production workers ensuringefficient task assignments and adequate staffing levels.
Training & Development:Conduct thoroughonboarding and trainingonsafe meat handling practices food safety standards and company policiesfor new employees.
Performance Management:Monitor employee performance provideregular feedback and address performance issues tomaintain high productivity levels.
Production Oversight:Manage daily production line operations ensuringadherence to production schedules efficiency targets and workflow optimization.
Continuous Improvement:Analyze production rates identifyinefficiencies and implementimprovementsto minimize downtime and maximizeoutput.
Troubleshooting & Maintenance Coordination:Identify and resolveproduction issues coordinate withmaintenance teamsfor repairs and ensureminimal disruptions.
Quality Assurance & Compliance:Ensure all products meetcompany and regulatory standards includinglabeling packaging and safety protocols.
Safety Compliance:EnforceHACCP GMP and food safety regulationsto maintain a safe andcompliant work environment.
Collaboration & Communication:Work closely withproduction managers maintenance teams logistics and quality assurance departmentsto ensure smooth production operations.
Recordkeeping & Documentation:Maintainaccurate recordsofproduction output quality control and yield data.
Qualifications & Skills
Experience:13 years ofleadership experiencewithin amanufacturing or food production environment.
Leadership Skills:Ability tomotivate guide and managea team toachieve production goals.
Food Safety Knowledge:Strong understanding ofHACCP GMP and food labeling regulations.
Communication:Excellentverbal and written communication skillsto interact withteam members management and crossfunctional departments.
ProblemSolving:Ability tothink quickly troubleshoot issues andimplement solutions in a fastpaced environment.
Physical Requirements:Ability tostand for extended periods lift moderately heavy items and work incold refrigerated or warm environments.
Language Skills:English proficiency required(reading writing verbal communication);Spanish is a plus but not required.
