Oven Operator / Machine Operator
Pay Rate:$14.25/hr
Shift:Monday Friday 6:30 AM 3:00 PM

Position Summary
We are seeking adedicated and detailoriented Oven Operatorto join our team in Owasso OK. This role is responsible for operating industrial ovens and following company processes to cook and process meat products while ensuringquality efficiency and safety. The ideal candidate will have experience operating oven machinery a solid understanding offood safety regulations and a proactive approach toproblemsolving and equipment maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
Oven Operation:Independently run industrial ovens ensuring all cooking and processing meetstrict production specifications.
Equipment Setup:Prepare and set up ovens for the evening shift ensuringall equipment is readyfor operation.
Monitoring & Adjustments:Constantly monitortemperature humidity and cooking times making necessary adjustments to maintainoptimal product quality.
Handling Heavy Loads:Safely move and pushproduct tanks weighing between 200 lbs. and 650 lbs.while ensuring proper loading and unloading of meat products.
Production Efficiency:Ensure products areprocessed on time and efficiently followingproduction schedulesand scanning out tickets correctly.
Routine Maintenance:Performpreventative maintenance and minor troubleshootingon ovens to ensure consistent andefficient operation.
Safety & Hygiene Compliance:Followstrict safety and hygiene standardsthroughout the cooking process to maintain product integrity and worker safety.
Collaboration:Work alongsideproduction team membersto meet daily targets and assist inother tasks as needed includingspreading or dumping products during breaks.
Problem Reporting:Document and reportany deviations issues or concerns to ensuresmooth production flow.
Qualifications & Skills
Experience:Previous experience as amachine operatorpreferred.
Technical Skills:Knowledge ofindustrial oven operationsand ability to adjust settings to meet production needs preferred.
Safety & Compliance:Strong understanding offood safety regulationsand ability toadhere to strict hygiene protocols.
Physical Stamina:Ability to lift and moveheavy meat productsand work in awarm environment.
Attention to Detail:Strong commitment toquality control and accuracy.
Communication Skills:Excellentverbal and writtencommunication skills. Bilingual inEnglish and Spanishis a plus but not required.
Teamwork & Efficiency:Ability towork in a fastpaced environment follow directions andmeet production targets.
