Job Description

Clarifi Staffing Solutions is dedicated to empowering students by delivering exceptional therapy and rehabilitation services. We are seeking a passionate Occupational Therapist to join our team and play a vital role in fostering student growth and independence.

In this role you will conduct indepth evaluations to assess motor sensory and functional abilities developing personalized treatment plans that address each students unique needs. Through targeted therapy sessions you will enhance fine motor skills sensory integration and essential daily living skills. Collaboration is key you ll work alongside educators families and multidisciplinary teams to support student success.

Key responsibilities include maintaining thorough and accurate documentation of evaluations therapy plans and progress reports to uphold industry standards. Additionally you will recommend adaptive tools and strategies to promote independence actively participate in IEP meetings to support goalsetting and stay current on best practices through ongoing professional development.

Requirements

The ideal candidate holds a Master s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution and a valid Illinois OT license. Schoolbased experience with K12 students is preferred along with proficiency in child development educational assessments and schoolfocused therapeutic strategies. Strong collaboration and communication skills are essential for working with students educators families and multidisciplinary teams to support student success.
