Responsibilities
- Help customers find vehicles that meet their needs
- Provide information about the features history and condition of vehicles
- Negotiate sales prices and tradein values for customers vehicles
- Complete paperwork for sales and vehicle purchases
- Follow up with potential customers to build relationships and encourage purchases
- Stay current with new inventory and promotions
- Meet monthly sales targets
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns professionally
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of experience in the automobile industry (specifically with motor companies would be considered). CVs from other industries will not be reviewed.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an automotive salesperson or in a similar role
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Good understanding of sales principles customer service practices and marketing
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- High school diploma; Bachelor s degree in Marketing or related field is a plus
- Valid driver s license
