You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe are seeking a dynamic and resultsdriven Consumer Debit Acquisition and GotoMarket Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team. This roles purpose is to support and oversee strategic planning and for consumer debit acquisition and gotomarket marketing efforts. The specialist will primarily focus on directtoconsumer campaigns while also contributing to events digital marketing (both paid and owned) and other gotomarket initiatives as required.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns to drive consumer debit acquisition.
Lead gotomarket initiatives ensuring seamless across multiple channels.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
Manage and optimize directtoconsumer campaigns including digital paid and owned media.
Support event marketing efforts to enhance brand awareness and consumer engagement.
Analyze marketing performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness.
Ensure brand consistency across all marketing communications and materials.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities.
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Communications or a related field.
5 years of experience in marketing preferably in consumer financial services or a related industry.
Proven experience in digital marketing gotomarket strategies and consumer acquisition campaigns.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize marketing strategies.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fastpaced crossfunctional environment.
Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms including CRM analytics and advertising platforms.

Compensation will be dependent on several factors including but not limited to relevant experience skills certifications training and location. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range and determining factors for compensation are considered for each individual circumstance.
