Job Description
Extending our transformation and value creation (TVC) services across different sectors is a crucial part of our growth strategy as we aim to provide clients with comprehensive access to our full range of expert capabilities. As a principal (director level) you will be instrumental in implementing this strategy contributing to Analysys Masons global growth.
Under the guidance of our TVC practice lead Oli Barnett you will join a highly motivated leadership team responsible for the growth of the practice driving business development activities utilising your existing network and contacts and building new ones.
You will manage entire engagement lifecycles from origination business development initial mobilisation through to final implementation. Acting as a bridge between Analysys Mason and our clients you will ensure that our valueled outcomes meet our clients high standards and expectations.
Our projects are diverse and your focus could include value creation operating model design operational excellence revenue growth and cost and margin optimisation.
You will also play a significant role in the career development coaching and mentoring of internal & client teams as well as the line management of TVC team members.

Your daytoday responsibilities will include:
- helping clients navigate major transformation and strategic change programmes
- taking a significant role in business development and the growth of the practice
- utilising your network of clients to grow and develop the practice
- building client relationships based on the breadth and depth of your expertise
- managing a diverse range of client engagement types across a range of sectors and geographies
- controlling and optimising costs and resources in the delivery of client engagements
- helping to develop intellectual capital around expert topic areas to support client delivery and sales
- coaching mentoring and inspiring your team to ensure they fulfil their potential and are happy at work
- developing and mentoring teams as well as linemanaging your team
- bringing together our crossfunctional teams to bring a bestinclass approach and style for our clients.

This is why as a minimum you need:
- consulting experience selling managing and delivering transformation engagements for highprofile clients across various technology consumer telecoms and media sectors
- experience utilising your network to originate business development opportunities
- experience in target operating model design operational excellence enterprise value creation or programme recovery and turnaround.
