We are seeking a proactive and experienced Client Relationship Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships ensuring client satisfaction and driving the success of social media campaigns. You will be the primary point of contact for our clients providing strategic guidance managing expectations and ensuring the delivery of highquality work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong longterm relationships with clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients addressing their needs concerns and requests.
- Understand clients goals brand and industry to provide tailored social media strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams (creative content analytics) to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions.
- Manage client expectations and ensure the delivery of highquality work that meets or exceeds expectations.
- Identify opportunities
- Prepare and present regular reports proposals and campaign reviews to clients.
- Stay uptodate with industry trends emerging platforms and best practices in social media marketing.
- Handle any client complaints or issues promptly and professionally seeking to resolve them to the clients satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Business or a related field.
- Proven experience in client relationship management preferably within a social media or digital marketing agency.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms tools and trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
