In this role you will provide medically prescribed therapy services to support patients speech language cognitivecommunication and swallowing functions.
Position Overview:
As a SpeechLanguage Pathologist you will evaluate and treat patients requiring speech therapy services working both independently and collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team. Your expertise will play a crucial role in improving patients quality of life independence and communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans based on medically prescribed therapy services
- Provide therapy to patients to enhance communication cognitivecommunication and swallowing functions
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure patientcentered multidisciplinary care
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Demonstrate dependability and flexibility including the ability to work weekends holidays and late hours on a rotational basis as needed

Qualifications:
- Education: Masters Degree required
- Licenses & Certifications:
- Current and valid Florida SpeechLanguage Pathologist License
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
