Job Description
This is a fulltime onsite role for a Senior Copywriter and Social Media Specialist in Riyadh KSA. The Copywriter and Social Media Specialist will be responsible for creating engaging social media content managing Social media platforms and ensuring effective communication strategies to promote artists and productions though out of the box content.
Responsibilities
- Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences.
- Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals.
- Set specific objectives and report on ROI.
- Manage generating editing publishing and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text photos videos and news)
- Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics.
- Collaborate with other teams like marketing and R&D to ensure brand consistency.
- Manage communicating with followers respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
- Oversee social media accounts design (e.g. Facebook timeline cover profile pictures and blog layout)
- Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness.
- Stay uptodate with current technologies and trends in social media design tools and applications.
- Monitor trends in social media tools applications channels design and strategy.
- Develop organizational elements in order to implement a proactive process for capturing happy loyal user online reviews.
- Manage any online feedback forums such as Get Satisfaction pages.
- Possesses great ability to identify potential negative or crisis situations and apply conflict resolution principles to mitigate issues.
- Compose engaging Arabic captions for social media posts ensuring content aligns with the brands voice and resonates with the target audience.
Qualifications
- Arabic Speaking copywriter and presenter
- Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation skills
- Social Media and community management skill
- Strong communication skills
- Experience in copywriting and content creation
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively
- Knowledge of Arabic music industry trends and artists
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications or related field
- Experience sourcing and managing content development and publishing.
- Exhibits the ability to jump from the creative side of marketing to analytical side able to demonstrate why their ideas are analytically sound.
- Displays indepth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms their respective participants (Facebook Twitter Instagram YouTube and Pinterest etc. and how each platform can be deployed in different scenarios.
- Displays ability to effectively communicate information and ideas in written and video format.
- Maintains a working knowledge of principles of SEO including keyword research and Google Analytics. Highly knowledgeable in the principles of Search and Social.
