Job Description

Job Title: Project Manager
Location: Park City UT
Job Status: Fulltime
Salary: $120000 $140000

Job Description:

Our client specializes in building luxury custom homes from the ground up ensuring every impeccable detail is in place. They are seeking an experienced Project Manager with at least 5 years in the luxury home industry. The ideal candidate will have progressive experience managing 210 builds at a time be comfortable working both in the office and in the field and possess strong leadership and teaching skills. Clear communication is crucial as is the ability to think outside the box and improve current processes. Flexibility to handle inevitable changes in custom home projects is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Budget Management:
    • Review understand and manage project budgets to ensure financial efficiency.
    • Send Client Change Orders for any client changes or selection overages to keep the current budget up to date.
  • Drawing Management:
    • Review architectural and interior drawings to ensure feasibility and identify potential downstream impacts.
  • Client Management:
    • Serve as the main point of contact for clients.

    • Communicate regularly with clients to keep them informed about project progress.

  • Resource Management:
    • Supervise superintendents ensuring they have the necessary resources and support.
    • Review submitted bids and select subcontractors from an approved pool.
    • Conduct regular internal meetings with Estimating Interiors and Architecture teams to ensure alignment and timely completion of deliverables.
    • Review and approve subcontractor invoices.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in managing luxury custom home projects.

  • Proficiency with Computer programs: Google Meet Gsuite Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office

  • Strong budget management and financial oversight skills.

  • Excellent communication and client management abilities.

  • Ability to oversee multiple projects and teams effectively.

  • Detailoriented with strong organizational skills.

  • Proficiency in reviewing and approving purchase orders and invoices.
