Field Sales RepresentativeResponsibilities:
- Manage customer inquiries in a facetoface setting
- Actively listen and understand client needs to recommend the best solutions and services.
- Identify customer needs and recommend products or services to meet those needs
- Present and demonstrate products or services to clients effectively
- Provide personalized assistance to clients to address their needs and resolve any issues
- Process orders and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to promote repeat business
- Meet sales targets while providing exception customer service
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions
Field Sales RepresentativeRequirements:
- 13 years experience in sales retail customer service or the restaurant industry
- Motivated about an uncapped commissionstructure with additionalbonuses
- Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships analyze and read customers to provide innovative customer solutions
- Outgoing and energetic personality that easily allows you to connect with customers and clients
- Capable of working well in a team and independently
- Customer serviceoriented ready to go the extra mile for colleagues and clients
- Responsible proactive accountable
- Must be looking an in person role (not work from home) and full time hours
- Tenacious innovative and possess superior sales skills
- Must be available for fulltime hours
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and clear and engaging communication skills
- Positive attitude with lots of energy selfmotivation personal integrity and an entrepreneurial flair
- Welldeveloped problemsolving skills
- Able to start within 1 to 2 weeks
- Regular access to a vehicle is preferred
