- The Match Support program is a division of the Michigan Adoption Resource Exchange (MARE) that provides shortterm interventions for families who are in the process of adopting a child from foster care whom they have been matched with from the MARE website.
- Specialists have weekly scheduled calls with clients; attend monthly home visits and meetings; provide support resources and community service information; and complete required documentation.
- Match Support Specialists have low caseloads so that they can provide personalized services to meet each familys unique needs.
- Bachelors degree in social work or related human service field is required
- Experience with adoption foster care or child welfare is preferred.
- Valid Michigan Drivers License with proof of appropriate auto insurance
