Triple Tech Welding is a structural steel commercial welding and Steel Erection company specializing in delivering highquality steel services. We take pride in maintaining safe job sites meeting deadlines and providing unparalleled craftsmanship.
- Supervise and lead a crew of welders and ironworkers on steel erection projects.
- Develop and implement phasing plans to optimize project timelines and workflows.
- Ensure projects adhere to AISC standards safety protocols and company policies.
- Oversee the installation of structural steel and PEMB systems (if applicable).
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure projects remain on budget and meet deadlines.
- Perform regular safety inspections and enforce safety measures onsite.
- Provide handson training and guidance to crew members to ensure quality workmanship.
- Maintain accurate records of job progress materials and crew performance.
- Read and interpret blueprints drawings and specifications to guide project .
- Minimum 5 years of experience in ironworking and steel erection.
- Proven experience leading crews in the field with a focus on safety and productivity.
- Familiarity with PEMB systems is a plus.
- Indepth knowledge of AISC standards safety protocols and steel erection procedures.
- Strong leadership communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to develop and execute phasing plans effectively.
- Experience in maintaining project timelines and budgets.
- Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical drawings.
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
- Physical ability to perform job duties including working at heights and lifting heavy materials.
