CNC Deburr - Laconia NH

Entry Level starts at $16.50/hr.

STS Aerospace in Laconia NH is searching for a Grind & Polish Laborer to join the team. This position is responsible for cleaning deburring polishing grit blasting and/or grinding manufactured parts. To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities

Qualifications :

Education Certifications Licenses & Registrations  High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Inspects parts for defects and material handling damage
• Ses or rubs parts with file wire brush or buffing cloth
• Mounts tools on revolving spindle for abrasive finishing and deburring.
• Holds part against deburring / grinding wheel to deburr tube surfaces or grind weld beads Deburrs or polishes parts
• Uses Flexhone (Wirebrush) when indicated on operational instructions
• Operates hand held DieGrinder
• Uses Compressed Air to ensure interior and exterior of parts are blown off after
• Consistently regularly and predictably at work and on time
• Other duties may be assigned as needed
