Job Description

Are you a skilled engineer with expertise in electrical and mechanical systems Do you thrive in a fastpaced technical environment ensuring seamless operations and continuous improvement If so we have an exciting opportunity for you to join BEUMER Group UK as a CST Engineer supporting our T4 Heathrow site.

  • Ensuring all technical deliveries within the T4 contract are completed on time and meet the expectations of BEUMER UK VI and HAL.
  • Preventing operational failures by proactively maintaining and troubleshooting equipment.
  • Performing a mix of planned and reactive electrical and mechanical maintenance including analytical troubleshooting.
  • Managing change control processes (ATP CRQ) and providing technical authority support for configuration management.
  • Identifying and resolving technical faults ensuring optimal system performance.
  • Supporting LowLevel Controls HighLevel Controls IT and Infrastructure.
  • Contributing to contractual service delivery reporting and ensuring technical documentation is up to date.     
  • Assisting with incident resolution root cause analysis and postevent reviews for technical and controlrelated issues.
  • Upholding Health & Safety and Quality Assurance standards in all activities.
  • Providing project support and ensuring seamless of site events.
  • 2nd line support for LLC and general system incidents
  • Automation and system configuration expert
  • Contribute to site risk register and obsolescence management
  • Liaise with BUK and other Beumer Group departments
  • Support Existing site based BEUMER Group CS Colleagues

 


Qualifications :

  • 5 plus years in an Airport or similar controls / automated environment
  • Strong technical expertise in electrical and mechanical systems troubleshooting and maintenance.
  • Experience in a fastpaced engineering environment preferably within an airport logistics or automation sector.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a highperforming team.
  • Strong problemsolving skills with a proactive and analytical mindset.
  •  Familiarity with change control processes incident management and reporting functions

Must have eligibility for Heathrow Airside Pass
