The Sr. Product Analyst will be a member of VCAS Data Solutions team. This position is ideal for an experienced data analyst who is passionate about collaborating with business and technology partners in solving challenging payments ecosystem problems.
As a Sr. Product Analyst focusing on data you will play a critical role in driving datadriven decision making and business intelligence across the organization. You will leverage advanced analytics generative AI coding and data visualization skills to uncover insights that inform strategic initiatives and improve operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform advanced data analyses including the use of AI/ML models to identify trends patterns and insights from large complex datasets
Build and maintain reporting dashboards and visualizations using tools like Tableau Power BI and Kibana to provide stakeholders with selfservice access to key metrics and KPIs
Collaborate crossfunctionally with business teams to understand their data needs and translate them into actionable analytical projects
Develop and automate data pipelines and ETL processes to ensure timely and reliable data delivery
Design and implement experiments A/B tests and other research initiatives to evaluate the impact of new products features and business strategies
Identify opportunities to enhance and fasttrack AI adoption within the company leveraging your understanding of AI applications.
Effectively communicate insights and recommendations to both technical and nontechnical leaders and business customers/partners prepare reports updates and/or presentations to drive alignment and implementation.
Stay uptodate with the latest data science and analytics technologies and identify opportunities to leverage them within the organization
Identify opportunities to enhance and fast track AI adoption within Visa leveraging your understanding of AI applications.
Leverage extensive business knowledge into solution approach Effectively develop trust and collaboration with internal customers and crossfunctional teams Provide general education on advanced analytics to technical and nontechnical business partners
Apply various Machine Learning (ML) and analytics techniques to develop classification and prediction models and leverage foundation models to develop generative AI capabilities integrate client domain (e.g. payments product management) and industry knowledge into the solution.
Conduct exploratory analysis to identify gaps provide feedback and innovate solutions to address them.
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
Qualifications :
Basic Qualifications
5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelors Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters MBA JD MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD
Preferred Qualifications
6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelors Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters MBA JD MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD
A Bachelors degree in Statistics Operations Research Applied Mathematics Economics Data Science Business Analytics Computer Science Engineering or a related technical field. And with 4 years of experience in a Data Analyticsrelated occupation.
Experience with reporting and generating insights and dashboards using tools such as Tableau Kibana Power BI or Databricks.
Experience working in Generative AI and Machine Learning projects ground up in enterprise environment
Experience with programming and building predictive and descriptive statistical models using machine learning tool kit Jupyter notebooks Python and/or SAS.
Proficient in communicating datadriven insights and conveying actionable recommendations.
Skilled in analyzing large datasets using programming languages such as Python R SQL and/or Spark.
Product management experience is a plus
Experience working with crossfunctional teams including engineering data science design and product.
Experience with a range of advanced techniques and emerging approaches to big data and data science (Python Spark TensorFlow H2O Dask etc) extensive experience with SAS/SQL/Hive for extracting and aggregating data.

Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.
Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 510 of the time.
Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk communicate in person and by telephone frequently operate standard office equipment such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is $110800.00 to $160550.00 USD per year. Salary may vary depending on jobrelated factors which may include knowledge skills experience and location. In addition this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
