ABOUT THE ROLE:
The firms Labor & Employment Practice Group is seeking a midlevel associate 24 years of experience) for their San Francisco office. This is an exciting opportunity to create innovative costeffective solutions to the most complex problem facing employers in California and contribute to the reputation for market leading solutions.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 24 years of labor andemployment law experience
- Strong employment litigation experience including drafting initial pleadings depositions and substantive motive practice
- Employment advisory matters experience is preferred
- Excellent legal writing skills and academic credentials
- Active California Bar admission
- Detailoriented and demonstrated ability to think critically and strategically
- Strong oral written and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a teamoriented fastpaced environment
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
- Compensation: $200000 $250000
