- As a development engineer you will drive and control innovative technology developments for complex products under tight timing with demanding customers. In doing so you will be responsible for the implementation of the development goals as part of a team of experts.
- At the core you will develop wafer processes for manufacturing of micromechanical products conceptually in the clean room and in the laboratory.
- Your success results from a combination of intensive joint work with a high degree of personal responsibility. You achieve development goals through the use of new technologies and materials and evaluate the feasibility of new processes from a technical and economic point of view.
- Furthermore you coordinate internal interfaces in development and production for the development of new solutions and their implementation in samples up to series production readiness.
- Last but not least you will lead quality assessments and process releases and be responsible for cooperation with research institutions for basic development.
Qualifications :
- Education: completed university studies in engineering natural sciences physics chemistry
material sciences or a comparable subject - Experience and Knowledge: several years of professional experience in the development of innovative MEMS/semiconductor technologies; expertise in sensor technology micromechanics and semiconductor technology including relevant analytical methods; excellent understanding of physical principles and interrelationships statistics automated data analysis and different problemsolving approaches
- Personality and Working Practice: you approach your tasks with energy and systematically; you tackle difficulties decisively pursuing innovative and creative solutions and manage to pursue your goals with perseverance; you can advocate for your opinions effectively with stakeholders and advance your agenda autonomously; you enjoy working
in teams and keep a cool head even in busy periods; you are capable of making quick decisions - Enthusiasm: you are enthusiastic about new tasks
- Languages: very good in English and German written and spoken

*In accordance with our regulations the gross annual salary for this position is at least 86.000 EUR for a 35h week (for a full year of employment and fulfillment of the eligibility requirements based on collective agreements) in the case of a comprehensive of job requirements. In addition there is an individual performancerelated pay a bonus based on the companys success as well as employer benefits for the Bosch pension plan.
