Who are TSS
Established in 2018 TSS are a WA based recruitment agency who specialise in the placement of highly skilled trades and professionals into the WA resources sectors.

Opportunity Overview
Reporting to the HR Manager (Functional) and Project Manager (Operational) we are seeking an HR Advisor / Senior HR Advisor for a major construction project approximately 1.5 hour flight from Perth.
Project Headlines
- Major mining expansion project
- Project completion scheduled for late 2026 / early 2027.
- 500 construction personnel at peak 80 blue collar)
- Project includes earthworks civil structural SMP and E&I scopes
Role Headlines
- Stand alone site based HR role
- Predominately ER/IR focussed role involving proactive interface with crew and supervisors
- General HR assistance (Pay queries disciplinaries dispute / grievance resolution adhoc HR duties)
- Salary benchmarking for staff positions
Experience
- Minimum 3 years site based HR experience working on construction projects
- Good ER/IR experience supporting blue collar workforces
- Can do attitude and happy to jump in where needed
- Enjoys interacting with crews and supervision
Package Headlines
- $170k 220k Super (includes site uplift)
- 10 end of project bonus (calculated on base salary)
- 2&1 Roster 12 hours per day
