We are looking for a **senior Germanspeaking leader with strong commercial acumen and a proven track record in **account retention and expansion. As **Head of Account Management for the German market you will be responsible for leading and scaling the German account management team ensuring high customer retention and driving upsell opportunities. You will also act as a key liaison between customers and our **Product team ensuring German marketspecific needs and gaps are communicated effectively and addressed. **Key Responsibilities:
- **Lead and scale the German account management team ensuring high engagement and performance.
- **Drive customer retention and expansion ensuring longterm satisfaction and reducing churn.
- **Develop and execute commercial strategies that enhance upsell opportunities within the German market.
- **Collaborate with the Product team gathering structured feedback on German market needs and advocating for necessary improvements.
- **Implement datadriven account management strategies to optimize customer engagement and growth.
- **Ensure strong internal collaboration with Sales Operations and Customer Success teams to drive overall business success.
- **Monitor KPIs and continuously optimise team performance leveraging automation and process improvements.
**Requirements:
- **Fluent German speaker with excellent English communication skills.
- **Proven experience in senior account management leadership ideally in a SaaS or subscriptionbased business.
- **Strong commercial skills with a focus on retention expansion and upselling.
- **Experience in leading and scaling teams.
- **Ability to work closely with Product teams effectively communicating marketspecific needs and gaps.
- **Datadriven mindset with a structured approach to decisionmaking and strategy .
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
- Experience in an international fastpaced environment is a plus.
