Mortgage and Protection Advisor - Sittingbourne
£35K - £45K Basic Salary + OTE £70K - £75K
Monday to Saturday, 5 Days per Week

We are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading estate agency in Sittingbourne, for a talented and motivated Mortgage and Protection Advisor. Role Overview:
As a Mortgage and Protection Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering expert advice on mortgages and protection products, ensuring that your clients receive the best financial solutions to support their property journey. You will work alongside a friendly and professional team, providing an exceptional service to clients from initial consultation through to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Offer expert advice to clients regarding mortgages, helping them to secure the most suitable deals.
• Advise clients on protection products to ensure they are fully covered in the event of life's uncertainties.
• Collaborate closely with the estate agency team to ensure a seamless service for clients buying homes.
• Develop strong relationships with clients, guiding them through every step of the mortgage and protection process.
• Meet and exceed targets, driving your earning potential through commission and bonus schemes.

Key Requirements:

• CeMAP qualification (or equivalent) is essential.
• Previous experience in a Mortgage and Protection Advisor role or a similar advisory position.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
• A proactive attitude with a drive to exceed sales targets.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple client needs effectively.

Benefits & Compensation:

• Basic Salary: £35K - £45K, dependent on experience.
• On Target Earnings (OTE): £70K - £75K, with excellent commission structure and bonuses.
• Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 5 days per week.
• Incentives: Competitive commission structure and performance-related bonuses.
