Your challenge
As a Scrum Master you will be part of one of our strategic projects in the EU sector. You will be working with crossfunctional teams applying Scrum in a highly professional environment. The Agile team(s) in which you will be working will be endtoend responsible for solutions in the subject area of web application development.
You will be responsible for the correct application of Scrum principles and for the continuous improvement of the usage of the Scrum framework. In this role you will be coordinating the Agile Team(s) by organizing standup meetings sprint planning product demos and sprint reviews ensuring that roadblocks are removed during sprints and that all possible clarifications have been done before a sprint begins. Communicating any delays in the deliveries is also part of your role.
You will coach and motivate the team making sure team members take up the necessary responsibility to deliver in the most efficient and monitor the skill level of each team member (related to tools/ knowledge/behavior) escalating whenever needed.
Qualifications :
Who you are
- 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Proven experience in Scrum with extensive knowledge of software development processes
- Experience in managing Software Web applications
- Can handle conflict resolution does conversation by focusing on scrum values of openness honesty and respect.
- Excellent communication skills are necessary when the team is moving fast in Agile communication is the effective force that holds the team together.
- Expert in estimation planning and forecasting of the numbers of deliverables possible in an iteration which is based on evidence and reliable source
- Ability to shield his team from outside distractions and interferences
- Ability to ensure the correct use of scrum process
- Ability to track and remove impediments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Bonus skills
- Practitioner (CSP) or Scrum Master (CSM) or similar certification
- Experience in working in a complex crosscultural environment
- Previous experience in EU sector would be considered a plus
