Job Description
Our direct client is seeking a Quality Engineering Consultant in Tallahassee FL (c2c/1099 (remote).
Job Title: Quality Engineering Consultant
Location: Tallahassee FL
Type: Contract
Description:
Responsible for establishing and implementing IT quality assurance and compliance processes. Develops and executes QA plans monitors compliance and recommends improvements to the software development lifecycle. Coordinates QA activities across projects analyzes IT performance metrics and ensures adherence to industry standards like TQM Six Sigma and SEICMM. Provides training and guidance to teams for quality deliverables.
Experience:
A minimum of 7 years of IT and business experience with at least 5years in Quality Assurance and 2 to 3 years of audit or assessment or other relevant experience.
Experience with PeopleSoft Financials version 9.2.
Experience planning and implementing organizational change management activities.
Experience working with PeopleSoft Financial Modules such as General Ledger Accounts Payable Accounts Receivable/Billing Asset Management Commitment Control Purchasing Contracts and Grants modules.
General understanding of application programming database and system design.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Strong track record of meeting project objectives.
Ability to adapt to shifting priorities demands and timelines through analytical and problemsolving capabilities.
