Responsibilities
- Conduct professional outbound calls to potential clients using companyprovided scripts and targeted phone lists
- Identify and qualify promising leads by engaging property owners in meaningful conversations about their real estate needs
- Maintain meticulous records by entering and updating lead information in the company s CRM system (KVCore/BoldTrail)
- Build relationships with potential clients through effective followup communication
- Track your performance metrics to continuously improve your approach and results
- Collaborate with the real estate agent team to understand market trends and refine pitching strategies
- Contribute to the company s growth by consistently generating quality leads that convert to business opportunities
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills with a natural ability to build rapport quickly over the phone
- Experience with or enthusiasm to learn KVCore or BoldTrail CRM systems
- Ability to follow structured scripts while maintaining an authentic and engaging conversation style
- Selfmotivated with strong time management skills and the ability to work independently
- Resilient and positive attitude with the determination to succeed in a resultsdriven environment

- Interest in real estate or sales with a desire to grow in a dynamic industry
