Capture Lead / Business Development Manager Government Services (Florida)
Are you a closer who lives to build relationships land deals and leave the paperwork to someone else We re looking for a sharp proactive Capture Lead / BDM to join a toptier GovCon team that delivers health and human services across the state of Florida.
This role is NOT about writing proposals it s about selling the vision gaining client trust and identifying new government opportunities before the RFP drops.
5+ years in GovCon sales / capture state/local or federal Background in service delivery, consulting, or health & human services preferred Strong understanding of public sector procurement processes (especially in Florida) Hunter mentality you're energized by winning new business
