The GrabFood Marketing team is a young and dynamic team responsible for driving business growth through Merchants activity and consumer demand generation. We make an impact by creating an insightful marketing campaign and deliver the best to the market. Get to Know the Role
You will report to the Marketing Head Deliveries and lead the planning strategy and of marketing initiatives for our local lifestyle restaurant partners on GrabFood. While driving for our partner growths you also ensure that the actions resonate with and delight end consumers. You will work with the key accounts & strategy team to ensure our marketing efforts align with companywide objectives.
You will be based onsite at our Grab Bangkok Office.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
- Own subbrands under GrabFood to unlock merchants potentials and achieve their growth through marketing initiatives
- Develop comprehensive marketing strategies and plans: Address business challenges capture user insights and unlock user demand with tailoredmade proposals
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams: Work closely with the Strategy and Key Account team to identify opportunity develop tailored solutions and own the marketing executions
- Embrace datadriven decisionmaking: Utilize data analysis tools to prepare insightful reports evaluate campaign performance and measure success.
- Manage endtoend campaign : Support the marketing team in developing to executing campaign plans ensuring a smooth implementation and maximum impact.
- Manage budget: ensure efficiency of the given spending
Qualifications :
What Essential Skills You Will Need
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the marketing field (either in consumer/brand marketing B2B campaign management partnership marketing or marketing communications) with exposure to online and offline media. Experience in business development is a plus.
- Strong project management skills and stakeholder management
- Be able to initiate translate into creative ideas for campaign
- Passion for food
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate clearly in both written and spoken English.
- Loves the thrill of being in a fastpaced environment
