Job Description
We are looking for a detailoriented and hardworking Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in assigned areas ensuring a comfortable and sanitary environment for guests residents or staff.
Key Responsibilities:
Clean and tidy assigned areas including bedrooms bathrooms kitchens living areas and hallways.
Dust and polish furniture fixtures and surfaces.
Vacuum sweep mop and wash floors.
Change bed linens and make beds.
Replenish towels toiletries and other supplies as needed.
Clean and sanitize restrooms sinks and showers.
Remove trash and dispose of waste properly.
Report any maintenance issues damages or missing items to management.
Follow safety and sanitation guidelines.
Assist with laundry services including washing drying and folding linens.
Handle cleaning equipment and chemicals responsibly.
Requirements
Requirements:
Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Good physical stamina to perform tasks like lifting bending and standing for long periods.
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety protocols.
High school diploma or equivalent is a plus.
Work Environment:
May work in hotels hospitals office buildings private homes or other establishments.
Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays may be required.
