Job Description
SAP MDG
Configuration Data and UI Modeling Process Modeling ALE/IDOCs Data replication error handling. Webservices Webdynpro ODATA SOA configuration and API programming. SAP NetWeaver ABAP ABAP Reporting LSMW and migration tools. Expertise in BRF BADI implementations FPM and Interface Controller. Objectoriented ABAP programming and SAP Workflow management.
Experience with MDG Implementation Projects.
Handson experience in enhancing Data Modeling Process Modeling UI Modeling and Replication.
Handson experience in developing BADI implementations.
Handson experience in developing custom reports.
Handson experience in WebDynpro.
Handson experience with classes and methods.
Handson experience with Idoc/SOA/Webservices.
Roles and Responbilities
1. Business Roles
Master Data Owners
Define master data governance policies and standards.
Approve or reject master data changes.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational requirements.
Business Process Owners
Align MDG processes with business objectives.
Identify areas for improvement and contribute to the design of workflows.
Ensure proper integration of master data into business processes.
2. IT Roles
SAP MDG Functional Consultant
Configure the SAP MDG solution according to business requirements.
Design data models workflows and governance processes.
Test and validate MDG functionalities during implementation.
SAP MDG Technical Consultant
Handle enhancements using ABAP or other SAP technologies.
Develop custom validations derivations and BRF rules.
Manage system integrations and interfaces with other SAP/nonSAP systems.
SAP Basis Consultant
Install upgrade and maintain the SAP MDG environment.
Ensure system performance availability and security.
Perform transport management and troubleshooting.
