THE TEAM
The mission of the Data & Analytics Department is to maximize the value of Aritzias data by making it available insightful and actionable to foster a culture of datadriven decision making.
THE OPPORTUNITY
As a member of the Data & Analytics Department supporting Digital you will be part of the team that bridges the gap between business strategy and data. As a Sr. Data Analyst Advanced Analytics at Aritzia you will combine your deep understanding of digital customer experiences with your passion for data and masterful analytics skills to enable datadriven experiences that will create long lasting relationships with our customers and drive outcomes for our Digital business. THE ROLE
As the Sr. Data Analyst Advanced Analytics you will:
- Seek to deeply understand Aritzias digital experiences and generate actionable insights
- Tackle advanced analytics use cases related to internal search ranking optimization product merchandising datadriven experiences and personalization
- Partner closely with Digital leaders and crossfunctional partners to enhance customer experiences and drive datainformed decisions in support of corporate objectives
- Define measurement strategies to quantify the performance of various digital initiatives leveraging benchmarks forecasts and advanced analytics techniques
- Effectively story tell and communicate data through reports dashboards and presentations in order to influence stakeholders to take action and understand the impact of those actions
- Identify and refine digital data collection and modeling requirements to enable insight creation and maintain coverage of a constantly evolving our Digital customer experience
THE QUALIFICATIONS
The Sr. Data Analyst Advanced Analytics has:
- An understanding and passion for the industry we operate in preferably a background in eCommerce and/or Digital
- Proven skills education and/or applicable certifications in:
- Analyzing and interpreting data in SQL statistical programming languages such as R or Python and visualization tools such as Excel Tableau Looker or PowerBI
- Predicting outcomes and deriving datadriven insights through the application of advanced analytics techniques such as regression analysis causal impact A/B testing and AI/ML models such as listwise and/or neural ranking models etc.
- Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics
- A commitment to learn apply champion and enrich Aritzias Values and Business and People Leadership principles
- The skills to collaborate strategically with crossfunctional partners in the pursuit of operational efficiency continuous growth and shared business outcomes
- The ability to understand and transform complex business problems into data & analytics requirements
THE COMPENSATION
The typical hiring range for this position is $100000 $150000 CAD per year. The final agreed upon salary may vary based on factors such as jobrelated knowledge skills and experience. Additionally this position may be eligible for bonus.
