Overview

Being a sales associate at Leons Furniture means you are the catalyst of the business; selling quality merchandise and helping our valued customers turn their dream homes into reality. Our sales associates are regarded amongst the best in the industry because of their professionalism integrity product knowledge and commitment to providing our customers with the ultimate buying experience.As a member of our team you will help customers with their purchases and answer any questions they may have as well as provide support and assistance to your colleagues.

PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding the right product for their needs.
  • Build rapport with customers to understand their requirements and preferences.
  • Stay up to date with product features benefits and specifications to provide accurate information.
  • Demonstrate products effectively to highlight key features and usability.
  • Guide customers through the sales process from product selection to finalizing purchases.
  • Offer tailored recommendations and upsell or crosssell products when appropriate.
  • Ensure customers receive a positive and memorable shopping experience.
  • Handle questions concerns or objections professionally and efficiently.
  • Assist customers with order processing delivery scheduling and payment transactions.
  • Verify customer orders to ensure accuracy and satisfaction.
  • Work closely with colleagues to achieve store and department sales goals.
  • Address customer complaints or concerns promptly and escalate complex issues to management.
  • Offer troubleshooting advice for productrelated questions or issues.
  • Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets including Value Added Products and Services (VAPS) and product protection.
  • Adhere to store policies including safety guidelines and ethical sales practices.
  • Ensure compliance with warranty and return policies when assisting customers.
  • Performing various other duties as assigned
